| The Option Pod is designed for use with either Rushmore 4HD or Olympus 4HD. It is available in one of three formats: • Safety key switch • Push button • Indicators |

| SAFETY KEY The Safety Key option consists of a 2N/O, 2N/C contact arrangement, that are wired into the machine control circuits, to select machine stop and prevent a restart until the key is replaced. Turning and removing the key initiates the machine stop cycle. After the machine has stopped, the locking handle of the Rushmore 4HD or Olympus 4HD can be released and the guard door opened. Safety is assured by the operator taking the safety key into the hazardous area, preventing the machine from being restarted. When ordering, please specify the host unit (Rushmore 4HD or Olympus 4HD), and any details to be engraved on the key.  PUSH BUTTON The Option Pod can be fitted with up to two push button switches. For example, the switches can be used to control machine start, emergency stop or machine stop. When ordering, please specify the host unit (Rushmore 4HD or Olympus 4HD), and which functions are required. INDICATORS The Pod can contain either one or two indicator lamps of your choice, which may be used to enhance the visibility of the status indicators on the Rushmore 4HD or Olympus 4HD unit, or a similar task. When ordering, please specify the host unit (Rushmore 4HD or Olympus 4HD), and which lamp colours are required (two maximum). |
