Type 104 is aluminum construction. The ribbon switch slides in from one end.

Standard lengths are 3ft. (0.9M), 6ft. (1.8M) and 12ft. (3.6M). Pre-punched 5/32in. holes on 7in. centers for lengths up to 6ft.

Type 106 is aluminum construction. Type 106P is a plastic extrustion. The ribbon switch may be snapped into the channel or slid in from one end.
